Terms & Conditions Of Booking
1. The LISTEX Conference runs from 9am – 6pm on Monday 29th October and 9am – 6pm on Tuesday 30th October 2012.
2. All bookings must be made by 5pm on 28th October 2012.
3. All payments received after 5pm on 28th October will be refunded in full, minus a £10 administration charge.
4. When registering, ‘Supplier’, ‘Buyer’ or ‘Media’ refers to the person/organisation making payment for the booking. If any payments are received that have been booked under the incorrect category, LISTEX Ltd will invoice for the additional amount required.
5. LISTEX Ltd reserved the right to deny access to any delegate who deliberately registers in the wrong category.
6. Multiple attendees from the same company are entitled to a 10% discount on registration costs for all registrations over 1, however bookings must comprise staff all working for the same organisation.
7. Delegates will receive a 50% refund of monies paid or a credit note (as applicable) if LISTEX Ltd receives written notification of cancellation at least 30 days before the event takes place. However, the value of the booking can be transferred to another person.
8. Delegates will receive a 25% refund of monies paid, or credit note (as applicable) if LISTEX Ltd receives written notification of cancellation at least 21 days before the event takes place. However, the value of the booking can be transferred to another person.
9. Delegates will not receive a refund or credit note (as applicable) for cancellations within 20 days of the event taking place. However, the value of the booking can be transferred to another person.
10. If LISTEX Ltd does not receive notification of cancellation and the delegate does not attend the Conference, the full value of the booking will still be payable to LISTEX Ltd and no refund will be made of any monies already paid.
11. If LISTEX Ltd cancels the event a full refund of monies paid will be given.
12. Refreshments on both days are included. Supper, lunch or breakfast is not included in the rate.
13. Accommodation is not included in the delegate rate.
14. Delegates are fully responsible for any damage made by themselves to The London Rowing Club.
15. Whilst LISTEX Ltd endeavours to proceed with the published programme, LISTEX Ltd cannot be held responsible for any changes made to the speakers or content of the conference and no refunds will be offered for any changes made.
