10.00-11.00 LISTEX Forum Keynote: ‘Ask the Editors’
An interactive session about the season just past and season ahead with questions from the LISTEX audience with InTheSnow, Fall-Line, Snow Enthusiast and Skier and Snowboarder.
11.20-13.00 ‘The Path to Purchase’
Speaker: Shannon Watson. Shannon is co-founder of Duplare, a travel growth consultancy, and former consultant and head of marketing for companies including Scott Dunn, Ski Solutions, Skiworld and Flight Centre. She will be detailing the complex ‘Path to Purchase’ of the modern travel consumer and the pitfalls and opportunities that exist for all organisations.

Andrew Denton, CEO of the Outdoors Industries Association and Secretary General of ‘It’s Great Out There’, delivers a keynote talk on how to approach growth with the right mindset, from creating opportunity to overcoming adversity, Andrew explores how he has developed his own growth mindset in his personal, business and consulting career and shares lessons from them all.
11.20-13.00 ‘The art and science of content marketing’
Iain Martin of Skipedia delivers insight into the two key criteria for good content marketing, engaging creative and measurable outcomes.
14.00-15.20‘How to structure for Growth’
A round up session of the entire forum led by James Gambrill of LISTEX and Duplare. How do organisations within the snow sports industry structure for growth? What are the key elements every organisation must focus on to drive their own growth, and growth in the market?
